The Study Music in Europe website provides information to music students interested in studying music in a conservatoire, music academy, Musikhochschule or music university in Europe.

This website functions as a web portal, giving access to websites of institutions for higher music education and training, and to information on national higher (music) education systems and practical issues that need to be taken into consideration by students wanting to study music in Europe. Various parts of the website can also be found in Chinese, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

This website has been developed by the European Association of Conservatoires (AEC) in the framework of the ‘Mundus Musicalis’ project, in consultation with partner organisations world-wide and with financial support from the ERASMUS MUNDUS programme of the European Union.
